Fair Trade with Peace of Mind

At One Village, we want you to love the handcrafted treasures you find in our shop. Because our products are uniquely made by artisans around the world, we understand that sometimes an item might not fit your space perfectly once you get it home.

In-Store Returns

  • 30-Day Window: Eligible returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please bring your original receipt to help us process your return quickly.
  • Final Sale: Please note that items marked as Final Sale or items specifically designated as "No Returns" at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

How will I receive my refund?

  • Original Payment: We will issue a refund to your original form of payment (Cash, Credit, or Debit).
  • Gifts: If you are returning a gift, we are happy to provide One Village Store Credit for the current value of the item so you can find something else you love.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our fair trade goods. If you discover a defect or damage that was not noted at the time of sale, please bring the item back to the shop or contact us at (574) 533-8491 so we can make it right through a replacement or refund.
